What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy seeing my students faces light up when they are able to solve a problem or seeing their progress in achieving their goals. It also gives me experience in a department I have a passion for that also works as a reward. Seeing each student with different talents and unique personalities opens me up to newer generations and thinking.

I think it would be my likeliness to the job, enjoying what I do and having determination and persistence to improve myself. Adapting to each specific student individually to help them better and being open minded. I have also received awards for both character and academic throughout high school focusing on my studies. Another strength is being patient and understanding to how my student learns efficiently for better outcomes.

Having the mindset to different ways of teaching and talking to them since everyone learns differently. Ensuring that they feel comfortable to ask questions and focus on their work. To not show any signs of judgment or impatience to their learning progress.
