Be Versatile: As someone who has trial and errored with a lot of different tutors who had different and rigid teaching methods, I understand the importance of a teacher's ability to be versatile and cater to each student differently. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is match their speed and create a safe space of learning which encourages and uses every method possible to help the student learn.
