Helping Others Learn: finding satisfaction in helping others understand difficult concepts and succeed in their studies. Witnessing a student grasp a challenging topic and achieve academic success can be very fulfilling.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is crucial, in order to convey information in a way that is easily understandable, adapting their communication style to the individual needs and learning preferences of each student.
Patience: It is essential when working with students who may be struggling to grasp certain concepts.
Empathy: Understanding the challenges and frustrations that students may face is important, which I have recently experienced.
Listening Skills: as by actively listening, I can better understand a student's thought process, identify areas of difficulty.

Offer Constructive Feedback: Provide timely and constructive feedback on the student's work. Highlight areas of improvement.
