Encouraging their student to do their best is one of the most important thing a tutor can do, even if the student may not get the right answer. The most important thing is to not diminish their interest in the subject despite their difficulties in understanding them. Another important thing is to communicate well with the student and their parents on what they want to achieve and to work towards our common goal together. Having patience and determination in guiding the student is also important for the tutor
