What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I come from a family of all teachers, including my grandparents, father, and mother. So growing up, I was surrounded by a culture of learning and teaching. I often used to go with my mother when she volunteered for Literacy programs for underprivileged children or community workshops and these experiences allowed me to witness the joy and satisfaction she felt when helping students succeed. I just decided to follow her footsteps and I truly start to enjoy it, making positive impacts in student's lives. I do get motivated by the progress my students make, knowing that I have contributed to it.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
During my experience as a teacher throughout the years, I realised every student has different learning abilities and learning styles. I focused on creating a supportive learning environment, using interactive teaching methods, enagaging them in group discussions, and the results were tremendous.
Most important things I can do for a student π
Again, A good teachers needs to focus on all of his/her children, and they all can have different learning styles. He/She should know how to adapt to their individual learning abilities, personalised learning, build confidence, and provide a supportive environment for growth.
