What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
I enjoy being able to allow students to understand subjects they may be struggling with easier, while also being able to share the knowledge I've learnt over my school life. I also enjoy being able to form new bonds with every student I teach, gaining new connections while also being able to deliver new techniques for subjects they may struggle in.
My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
As a tutor, I attempt to learn each person's learning style and adapt my teaching to better help that student in understanding the content. I also try to answer questions with clarity such that each student will be able to answer any future questions in that topic themselves.
Most important things I can do for a student ๐
I believe being able to understand how a student learns and being able to allow students who may be underachieving in a subject to gain confidence and success in said subject. Being able to impart new strategies and techniques for effective studying and learning is the most important part of a tutors job while also being able to bond with the students they teach.

1 hour is not a lot of time to teach content and practice questions in the same class. Depending on Julian's needs, more time could help him revise content and get ahead.
Able to understand everything quite well, nothing significantly misunderstood

Nothing significantly needs improvement. Julian is able to understand what is being taught, but doesn't ask a lot of questions. As first lesson, in future lessons this may improve.
