The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is inspire them to learn from there mistakes and make sure they do not feel "stupid." Every student learns things differently and it is just a matter of finding what clicks. A student also has to know that I was right where they were sitting just a couple years ago, confused, but now I understand and help others.
