What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

As someone who used to struggle in school, I know how distressing it can be. Because of this I am passionate about helping students address difficulties, gain confidence and thrive in subjects they never thought they could.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

For me I am very focused on creating an enjoyable and person-centred session, that is specific to each student's needs and priorities for learning. Additionally, having studied psychology for the last 5 years I have gained a strong understanding of cognitive systems allowing me to bring techniques to improve memory and learning.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe a tutor should be the person to help facilitate a student thrive academically. While teachers do their best, they have lots of students to worry about, whereas a tutor can provide the specific answers and assistance on those questions that weren't answered in class.
