What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The most enjoyable part of tutoring for me is just being able to help others get to that moment where everything just clicks together and they fully understand a concept. I love being able to pass on my knowledge and the seeing students actually interested in the work.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am able to explain concepts from different angles in order to mold with how the student learns best. I always try to make the lesson enjoyable and try to relate the concept of the lesson to real life especially for primary students.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing for a tutor is to always be interested in the students life and to remember the small details that they may mention. A good tutor should also act as a mentor in some capacity and offer advice when reasonable.

About Veda

Who I Am

I'm Veda, a first year university student currently studying Mechatronics Engineering at UNSW. I've always enjoyed helping other learn and I believe that learning should feel encouraging and rewarding. I have worked with students at different year levels and I love seeing their confidence grow over time.

My Approach To Tutoring

I focus on making learning approachable and tailored to each students needs. Whether someone is struggling or aiming for top marks, I adapt my lessons in order to match their pace and learning style.

Why I Love Tutoring

For me tutoring is more than helping students with schoolwork. It is about supporting students to believe in themselves. It is a way for students to build confidence so they can apply it to all other aspects of life.
