What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy tutoring because it helps me recognise my students' potential and academic performance. I am highly keen on teaching students, especially helping them understand a subject they are not confident in. Also, this can be highly motivating for a student because it shows their effort and development in learning over time.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
A key strength I possess is my ability to explain concepts thoroughly, ensuring students understand the content and apply their knowledge in the future. Another strength of mine is adapting my teaching style to best suit the students, such as those who are visual or verbal learners. In addition, I aim to create a positive yet supportive and interactive environment where the students feel heard as they engage in the lesson by asking and answering questions without feeling scared, as my goal is to build upon their confidence in class.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I consider passion and dedication to understanding my students an essential motivating factor in enabling students to recognise their potential. I am highly keen on helping them build confidence in their learning, recognising the importance of acknowledging their progress and the effort they put into their studies. This can be incentivised in a few ways, such as giving them stickers that recognise their development in learning, offering chocolate or playing educational games. Also, academic guidance is a key factor for consistency, as this ensures they are supported and always improving.

Introduction + Hobbies
Hi everyone! My name is Shriya, and I am excited to be partnered with Ezymath as a tutor. I am delighted to be presented with this opportunity as it allows me to assist students in reaching their academic potential, but it also gives me a chance to help them recognise and celebrate their progress along the way!
A few interesting facts about me: I am a huge GYG lover, I enjoy dystopian books and films, and lately, I have been listening to a lot of Lana Del Rey.

Janae needs to read the question more carefully, such as presenting her answer as a fraction and not a number when finding P(A). She also needs more revision on terminology, such as independent events and with or without replacement.
