The important part is to learn from those mistakes. I have strong subject knowledge of maths and sceince owing to my school and undergraduate backgrounds. A tutor can explain the main concept, however,the related questions must be solved by the student itself as it promotes the concept of self-learning. As a tutor, I can sometimes unkowingly become their biggest cheerleader and that could really help them overcome any emotional stress that could become a hindrance in their studies. Though, the lesson went quite well however there are still areas that need improvement which we will work upon in the subsequent lessons
Today we practiced questions with two-digit dividend numbers. At the end, I introduced Raiyan to division of dividend with 3 digits.

Raiyan did a good job though division of bigger numbers with remainders is quite new and would need regular revisit and lots of practice.

At times, he struggled to make sense of the information and relate the text to the questions but as an initial step, he did an amazing job.

Raiyan did well but since he hasn't been introduced to division of larger numbers, he needs plenty of practice to get a hang of the concept.
