I enjoy imparting knowledge to students as thats the best gift and service one can provide to mankind. Patience in explaining concepts and understanding where students can make errors and correct them. Approach students and befriend them and communicate with them as their friend to build trust with them. Using different aids for teaching apart with textbooks, like interactive videos, PPT, simulations and show them the real-life implementations. Motivating students to approach the problems by themselves first after teaching examples to help them build problem-solving skills. Not judging the student by his questions or approach to problems. The important thing that a tutor can give a student is time and attention which he might not get in classroom of students. Make the student feel the subject is not difficult by explaining concepts step wise. The tutor can also build self-confidence and problem-solving skills by making him approach the issue first and then guide the correct steps.Make him understand that understanding concepts and applying them in real-life to solve problems are equally important along with scoring good grades.Tutor can also become one of his best friend.
