My strengths include clear communication empathy and adaptability. I will take time to understand what each student neeeds and i am good at adjusting my teaching apporach to suit their needs. I will be patient with them and will bring a lot of energy and encouragement which helps buiild their confidence. I am good at displaying active listening to pick up on what is really confusing for the student so that I know where to focus on while helping them.
