What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy the feeling of helping someone in general. Being able to use my knowledge and experiences to help others, and give people advise I may have benefitted from when I was in their year level. Seeing students grasp concepts, and tackle harder problems is what makes tutoring a rewarding experience for me.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I have had many tutors over my high school years, and having spent a few months doing independent tutoring myself, I have developed an understanding of what makes a good tutor. I am flexible and able to structure sessions around what students want to work on as well as maximizing their academic results in the course. What I believe also is a strength of mine as a tutor is I am happy to re-explain questions or concepts to students many times in different ways, if they are struggling to understand. I encourage students to ask any question they like even if they seem to be "silly" questions.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe the most important thing a tutor can do is to both guide and assist the student in achieving the best possible results they can get.
