What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy helping students go from feeling unsure to having that “lightbulb†moment where everything clicks. It’s really rewarding to see their confidence grow as they realise they can tackle problems on their own. I also enjoy breaking down tricky ideas into simpler steps and finding ways to make the subject feel less intimidating.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I’m patient and good at explaining concepts in plain language. Because of my experience studying statistics, economics, and machine learning, I’m used to turning complex ideas into clear, step-by-step reasoning. I’m also adaptable, if one method doesn’t work, I can try another approach until the student feels comfortable.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important things are building the student’s confidence, encouraging them to think independently, and creating a safe space where they’re not afraid to make mistakes. A tutor should guide the student toward understanding rather than just giving answers, so they can develop skills that last beyond the session.
