There's often a lightbulb moment in learning, going from being completely confused to "ahh that makes sense", being able to be the reason for people to have that light bulb moment has been what I've loved most about tutoring.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I heard the saying "If you can't explain something simply, then you don't understand it" when I was young, and tried following that mindset going into my schooling, in high school I'd always try to help people struggling with a topic both so that they'd have a better time understanding, and so that I could prove to myself that even if a topic's complex that I could explain it simply for anyone to be able to get their head around it better.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Allow the student to fully understand the concept, not instruct them how to complete set questions 1 by 1. If the tutor can explain how it works at a fundamental level, then work their way up to be able to answer questions then it can more easily be used as a foundation for any questionTutoring students in 👦 👧
