What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy the process of a challenge to improve students' understandings. Both the student and I are facing the challenge as we learn different things from one being tutored, and one tutoring. I also love about how I could adapt teaching methods when helping different students. This is something rarely happens at school and I think it is engaging and fun. It is also rewarding when I am able to assist someone to reach their goals.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I have great interpersonal skills. I know that different students have different abilities and strengths. I always try to be patient with students' learning process and progress. I also would be mindful on adapting to different students to fit them, which I believe is important to help them learn effectively.
Most important things I can do for a student π
To ensure that the teaching method satisfies how the student learn, and their personalities. It is also important to help student enjoy the process as much as possible because studying might not be fun for everyone. Nonetheless, it is necessary to monitor their progress and give different advice over time.
