Friendly high-achiever with strong Maths and English results
Pavani is a bright, approachable university student who excelled in both Maths and English at school, achieving more than 80% in Advanced Maths, Extension Maths and Advanced English. Now studying a double degree in Science (Chemistry) and Business, she brings strong analytical thinking and clear communication to her tutoring. This tutor especially enjoys helping students who feel “stuck” in Maths or English, breaking problems into simple, manageable steps that build confidence as well as marks.

Known for her positive personality and excellent communication skills, Pavani explains ideas in more than one way, using everyday examples, diagrams and step-by-step methods. She enjoys working with children and is patient when they need extra time or repetition. In sessions, she encourages students to talk through their thinking so she can spot misunderstandings early, then gently guide them towards the correct method, helping them feel proud of their progress.

Having recently completed school herself with an ATAR above 90, this tutor understands current curriculum expectations and exam styles. She helps students organise their study, plan answers and practise exam-style questions in Maths, English and Chemistry. Pavani likes to create simple checklists and mini “cheat sheets” with her students so they remember key formulas, writing structures and common question types, giving them practical tools they can use long after each lesson.
