What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
What I enjoy the most about tutoring is opportunity to see students truly learn and understand new concepts better. I think that this feeling is really fulfilling and gives me motivation as a tutor. I also enjoy seeing students build their confidence with their learning and be more comfortable to asking questions. As a tutor I believe my main strengths are being able to adapt and cater to each student's needs. Everyone learns differently and I believe it is important to negotiate learning methods and study plans to ensure that they are getting the best support. My organisation skills are really crucial in attaining this and I think taking this methodically is really important in learning complex theories.
