No wonder most students get overwhelmed and start memorising instead of understanding the concepts. Or worse, they just give up.
We've heard it time and time again, you’ve probably heard it too. Some students connect everything as they go, but some are just stuck. This kind of attitude can lead to poor grades, but it can also lead to a crack in your child's self-esteem.
So what can you do?
The truth is - everyone struggles. Some might get there easier or quicker, but everyone struggles at some point. We know that and the Clearview chemistry tutors we work with know that, too.
All it takes is a bit of guidance by someone who's been there before. Someone who can foster the right attitude and study habits, but most importantly, someone who clicks with your child - a tutor who truly cares about your child's needs and goals.
That's what we do.
We find tutors and organise one-on-one chemistry tutoring in Clearview, at your home or any other place that works for you.
There are no extra fees, just a simple hourly rate. You don't like the tutor? No need to worry, the first lesson comes as a free trial and we find you a better match. Simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Archer is making good progress with his work. He generally tries his best during lessons. For some subjects Archer is very confident in and in others I can tell he is still relying on me to push him in the right direction. Normally, he can solve most questions by himself as long as one is done first as an example.
Zoe is able to finish her homework on time through encouragement. She tries her best in solving maths problems and it is recommendable for her to do more practice questions to improve her speed in problem solving so that she is able to complete her tests on time. It is advisable for her to concentrate in class more often as this is beneficial for her learning.
Jack needs to ensure that he understands the content that was covered in year 11 and is able apply each content correctly towards each question. He needs more practice in ensuring that he has formulae memorised.
We are very pleased with the program to date. Stephen is a very nice young man and a good tutor. David our son enjoys his teaching style and tutoring.
I was very happy with James' tutoring. Warren was a great tutor for James and as I mentioned on the phone,I wish we had found him sooner. In the short time that James did have his tutoring, I did notice he has become more confident and independent with his maths. Although he is still not a straight A student, he did show some improvement.
Thank you for the follow up. Belinda is fantastic. Ben really likes her. I know it has only been 3 weeks but Ben is already feeling more confident with his maths. His exams start next week so Belinda is revising with him. I'm very happy, thank you.
