What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I started tutoring back in 2021, before it was just a means of earning money, but through the process of catering students' months after months, it gave a rise to a new kind of joy which is 'nourishment'. It struck me that my words and my teachings are what allowing the children to grow to be a better person both educationally and socially. That feeling of fulfillment is what brings me the most joy. I remember when I was the teacher assistant in BRAC University, a student came up to me and told me how my teaching allowed him to get an A in the respective course, that feeling was what I enjoyed
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as per me is my undying efforts towards the betterment of my students. I ensure that every minute of the session is spent worthwhile. Some of my students during my undergraduate studies even mentioned that the way I teach is a bit different than the other teachers. They mention how easily I can turn something complex into simpler through the use of various techniques. My biggest strength has to be on how I can deliver the theories in a clear and concise manner.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things a tutor can do for a student is by understanding the student first on what its weakness or strengths lies on. Then deliver theories based on the insight gained. One of the biggest skill a tutor can have is making the lessons engaging and fun to be a part of it. What I do is engage the students through the lesson by using real life analogies, examples giving a real-life scenario that he/she can relate with the studies. This makes the lesson both engaging as well as easier to grasp.
