What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy helping students build confidence and realise they are capable of understanding challenging concepts. Seeing a student grow in both skill and self-belief is incredibly rewarding, and I love creating a supportive space where students feel comfortable asking questions.

About Tahiya
Qualified Maths Tutor | Years 2β12 (QCAA Aligned)
I am a recent graduate and a patient, supportive maths tutor offering tutoring from Year 2 through to Year 12 in general mathematics. Having recently completed the Queensland curriculum myself, I have a strong understanding of the QCAA syllabus and current marking schemes, allowing me to tutor students in a way that aligns closely with what schools and examiners are looking for.
My approach is clear, structured, and personalised to each studentβs learning style. I focus on breaking down maths concepts step by step, building strong foundations and confidence, and helping students approach assessments and exams with clarity and confidence.
I offer both in-person and online tutoring, depending on distance and availability. Parents can expect a reliable and approachable tutor who is committed to student progress and creates a positive learning environment where questions are always encouraged.
My goal is to make maths less overwhelming and help students achieve their academic goals.
