This tutor breaks complex ideas into clear, manageable steps, using the same structured thinking she applies in engineering and coding projects to help school students tackle tricky questions with confidence.

Through her role coordinating student-led engineering projects, Srishti regularly explains technical concepts to peers, checks their understanding, and helps them plan out tasks – all key skills for effective tutoring.
