Algebra and factorising require significant improvement. Josset needs much more independent practice to build confidence and accuracy with algebraic manipulation and factorisation, as these skills are important for progressing to more difficult questions.

Mia demonstrated a good understanding of two-way Venn diagrams and was able to distinguish between mutually exclusive and inclusive events. Her confidence improved throughout the lesson, particularly with the three-way Venn diagram questions.
Conditional probability and three-way Venn diagrams were initially more challenging. Mia needs further practice identifying the correct regions and information to use, particularly for conditional probability. However, she showed good improvement by the end of the session and was completing these questions with greater confidence.
