Chemistry can seem a bit technical. It's all abstract formulas and content that seems impossible to learn and barely manageable to memorise. The material keeps piling up and how are students supposed to truly learn anything when they're constantly missing something and falling behind?
And it's not only about the grades. Sure, students who struggle with chemistry want to pass that test and get their grades up. It's usually their only end goal and that's completely understandable. However, we've found that once students start catching up and chemistry doesn't seem like such an enormous hurdle, their self-confidence improves as well.
When they have someone to guide them, make sense of the clutter of information and demands, students tend to struggle less in other areas as well. Your child could feel less anxious about tests and their performance, learn how to tackle tough situations and become more independent, all with the help of a local Leeming chemistry tutor.

Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Henry's format skills have improved over the past month and he is starting to adopt a number of learning strategies, such as; talking aloud, self-checking and corrections. This is a good amount of progress for Henry and I am looking forward to seeing further improvement in the future.
Sarah: Good Jack: Good but very difficult to get him to change habits, constantly resort back to old ways Sarah: Good Jack: Good but more practice is necessary Sarah: Excellent Jack: Very poor
Claire appears to struggle with things like solving simple equations and long multiplication. We have looked at these and I will continue to work on them with her in the coming weeks. Claire struggled with matrix multiplication, ratios, scale factors and similar triangles. We will make our way through these topics in the next few weeks.

Ajok is a lovely person who my daughter has taken to very well in the first two lessons we have had. Ajok was unable to see us last week due to her own study commitments, but I'm hopeful this tutoring will be just the help my daughter needs.
We are very Happy with our tutor Isabelle and communicate directly with her about our and her availability. We have only one session left this year as Isabelle and /or India will be unavailable after that. We hope Isabelle can continue to coach India from the second week of term 1 2015 when India starts high school
We met Aprinder, and he is a delightful young man, and he gets on well with our daughter Rebecca. She likes how he has so many different ways to show her how to solve a problem! I do understand that it will take some time until we see results, but I have a good feeling that she will excel down the track! Thank you for your prompt service.
