What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Sharing my love for learning with students and helping them to understand concepts that they find challenging. I love helping students to appreciate learning experiences and to become life-long learners, and my most favourite part about the job is guiding students through their journey to grow into someone that they are proud to be.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Being someone is approachable and empathetic, and capable of fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for any student. I like to take my time to explain concepts in a way that students can understand, and generally being patient and accommodating to all learning styles.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Being a source of motivation and encouragement for students, and someone that they can always turn to for help. I will help build the steppingstones for students to take pride in their work and feel empowered to achieve their personal best.

About Shiming
Who am I?
Hi there! My name is Shiming, someone whose favourite hobby is reading (second only to collecting library cards, despite only having 3). I'm currently studying Engineering and Science at UNSW Sydney, a dream of mine since I was in Year 8. I specialise in Maths (Years 7-10), Maths Advanced (Years 11-12), Junior Science (Years 7-10), Biology (Years 11-12) and Chemistry (Years 11-12). I look forward to working with you!
