I enjoy equipping students with greater curiosity and independence in their learning. This means not only learning to develop their knowledge and understanding by themselves but also gaining the crucial confidence in their own skills and capabilities and passion for their own learning to want to grow and challenge themselves.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My main strength would be adaptability. I know from informal experiences mentoring students and experience with tutors that it is necessary for the tutor to mould themselves for the student and not the other way around. Each student has their own perspective and approach to learning and this should be celebrated and participated in rather than merely supplanted for the tutor's which can only limit and disenchant the student with their learning.
