What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
What I enjoy most about tutoring is the opportunity to genuinely help others learn and grow. I enjoy sitting down with a student and working together to break down difficult problems, guiding them step by step until they gain confidence in the concept. Seeing a student improve over time, whether itβs through better understanding, stronger results, or increased self-belief, is extremely rewarding. This rewarding feeling motivates me to continue to better the students and to better myself as well.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My strengths as a tutor are my patience with students, my ability to build their confidence, and my adaptability in meeting individual learning needs. While I encourage students to achieve their best, I never rush or pressure them beyond what they can handle. Instead, I focus on developing confidence and resilience in their learning, which leads to stronger long-term results. I am also flexible in my teaching style and can easily adjust my approach to suit each student.
Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is adapt their teaching style to suit the studentβs individual needs. Every student learns in a different way and it is important for I as a tutor to be flexible and adjust my teaching style to meet these needs. This can include explanation style, working pace, engagement, etc. By this a tutor can create a more supportive work environment that not only increases a students academic ability but their confidence aswell.
