What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I find most fulfilling in tutoring is the challenge of contextualizing abstract concepts until a student fully understands them. There is a unique reward in seeing a student change from frustration to confidence. I also value the mentorship role in being a tutor; since being a tutor isn't just about transferring knowledge, it is also about being a model to a more disciplined and curious mindset for younger students. Balancing that leadership with the responsibility of their academic growth is a challenge I find incredibly rewarding.

By linking a concept like Chemical reactions or functions and graphs to a student's hobbies, I can transform plain syllabus dot-points into something more relatable and memorable, which significantly boosts every student’s motivation to learn.
