I have good communication skills. I also have the skill to explain academic concepts to students in a less complex manner in which they can grasp the knowledge easily. I do research apart from their textbooks to keep my own knowledge updated so that I can give the students the best service possible.Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe building up the students confidence and making them think that they are capable of achieving great things and doing better. Also a tutor needs to adapt based on each students strengths and weaknesses. We need to use different explanation techniques based on the students skills and abilities so that they understand concepts better.
