What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The one thing I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing the big smile on a student's face when they finally understand a concept, it is definatly a very rewarding experience.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I am very flexible in my teaching methods as in I can adapt my teaching style to match the students need such as if they are a bit slow, or a fast learner, as well as a visual learner or a more independent learner. Additionally, I am very encouraging and willing to go through the ups and downs of a students learning jounry as it isnt easy but I know just the ways to bring a student back up and know how to avoid overwhelming a student. Also, I'm always open to questions, even if they are silly questions there is no shame.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

The number one I consider to be important is that the student actually understands the content rather than memorising it which is why I prioritise questions and always encourage questions to be asked to ensure the student has a deep understanding of the processes and how things connect with eachother as this helps enhance their analytical skills and approuch harder questions.

Roshanay is a recent school graduate with an ATAR above 90 and top raw marks in Advanced Maths and Business Studies, making her well equipped to support primary and high school students in Maths.
