What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I find immense joy in explaining things of my interest to students, and that interest being mathematics and coding. I've always been a student that grasps concepts really fast and had to explain again to my friends in my own way. Specifically with math, after understanding a concept I designed my own ways to solve problems, which I think relates a lot with tutoring where one has to create their own teaching methods and also understand student's approach.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

One of my strengths while teaching is patience when somethings needs to be explained different way. I also pickup quickly on how a student thinks and solves, so if there is a problem in how they approach, I can easily understand. Lastly, I am really good at breaking a complex problem into simple steps and giving an explanation about what it does, why is it needed, and how is it simplifying the question.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Its often overlooked how important it is to develop problem-solving habit for distinct type of questions apart from understanding the concept alone. For a student attending math tuition, the main purpose is to improve both their understanding and problem-solving skills. The latter skill is only perfected by thorough practice of different types of question which will be solved in online classes. So, it becomes the responsibility of the mentor to be prepared with variety of questions and let the students approach it before solving it.
