I have tutored many students while I was a high school and university student. I am in the last weeks of completing my medical degree (MD : medical doctor) at UniversitΓ© de Sherbrooke in Canada. I have extensive broad scientific skills particularly in medicine, as well as maths, chemistry, physics. I strongly believe that as an educator it is not simply my responsibility to teach students facts and how to solve problems, it is to teach them to understand why they were wrong so that they have their own educational epiphany and understand why they were mistaken. It is also important to teach and mentor students to love learning so that they want to learn for its own sake, not just to pass the upcoming test.
