Iโm very patient with students and understand what itโs like to be in their shoes. Iโve also figured out that when students get to a conclusion on their own, thatโs when they learn it and memorise it the best.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
The most important thing a tutor can do is to help the student become an independent learner. It is very essential to teach the student about the content and helping them to get correct answers, but the most important thing is to develop their confidence, critical thinking, and problem solving skills in order to answer future questions by themselves. I plan on helping them achieve this through guiding the student through a process, asking questions to see where theyโre currently at and explaining based on how the student learns, rather than giving out solutions alone.Subjects Tutored ๐

Issac is a university student studying Medical Science who brings strong communication skills and a calm, down-to-earth manner to his tutoring. Through his work in busy customer-facing roles, he has learnt how to explain information clearly to people of all ages and backgrounds, and how to stay patient when someone is unsure or anxious. This tutor focuses on breaking problems into simple steps and checking understanding along the way, helping students feel more confident in both Maths and English.

Running his own small mobile service business, Issac independently manages bookings, scheduling and payments, which shows a high level of responsibility and organisation. These skills carry directly into his tutoring sessions, where lessons are planned, punctual and structured. He is fluent in English and Assyrian, and is comfortable supporting students who may speak more than one language at home. Parents can expect a reliable tutor who communicates clearly about progress and goals.
Caring Volunteer with Real-World Experience
Outside of work and study, Issac has volunteered regularly serving meals to disadvantaged people, helping create a warm and respectful environment. This experience has strengthened his empathy and ability to connect with individuals who have very different needs and learning speeds. In tutoring, he uses this understanding to adjust explanations, offer plenty of encouragement, and celebrate small wins.
