What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
During highschool I found it really enjoying and rewarding to help my peers when they struggle on topics I had a better understanding of. I enjoy helping students go from feeling stuck to actually understanding a concept. Its rewarding to see their confidence grow and for them to realise they're capable of doing the work on their own.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Im patient and good at breaking down complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand steps. I also adapt my explanations depending on the student, because I know everyone learns differently. For example instead of teaching the student a fixed way of approaching a question, I would try and make real life comparisons to make it intuitive, and I would try and figure out what exact area of knowledge he is lacking that is causing him to get stuck.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I like to explain concepts in a clear and simple way, while adapting to how each student learns best. Instead of just showing students the answer, I try to guide them through the thinking process and slowly build up their confidence.

She needs improvement on her algebra and need to practice with questions, as she understands the concepts, but lacks practice. This becomes evident as she would make little mistakes during working and often forget the formulas needed. She also needs to complete my assigned homework, and attempt to work ahead.
