I feel like the most important thing for a tutor to do is create understanding which makes the children confident in their learnings and provide continuous support. A good tutor doesn't only give out the answers to questions, (spoon feeding) , he/she makes the learning fun and builds enough confidence in All the students to ask questions without hesitation. Patience is a very important skill for every tutor.
