She needs to learn her times tables so that she can solve multiplication problems faster. For example, when we do a question like 43 x 3 she calculates 43 + 43 + 43. This method is correct, but it’s very time consuming. Without a strong understanding of multiplication fundamentals, she will also struggle with division
