What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What I enjoy most is seeing a student's confidence grow. There's nothing quite like watching someone go from feeling stuck and frustrated to understanding a concept and being able to apply it on their own. I also enjoy the challenge of adapting how I explain things. Every student learns differently, so I find it rewarding to figure out what approach works best for each person.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I'd say my biggest strengths are patience and adaptability. I never make a student feel bad for not understanding something as I just find a different way to explain it, and I adjust my approach depending on what works best for them. I'd also say I'm quite encouraging. I think a big part of tutoring is helping students build their confidence, not just their knowledge.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important things are building trust and focusing on the student as an individual. If a student doesn't feel safe to ask questions or make mistakes, they'll hold back and won't progress as well. Beyond that, I think it's really important to understand what each student actually needs.
