What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I am a very enthusiastic and love learning person, i also love and enjoy helping others out who are struggling with learning or having difficulties of understanding. I have obtained a very less of tutoring experience from teaching my younger cousins maths and I really enjoyed helping them understanding concepts of maths, and it also helped me determined my future career of becoming a teacher. Hence I want to seek an opportunity of tutoring maths to gain more confidence in leadership and tutoring experience.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
5/10 As I have no previous after school tutoring experience what so ever, however I do have a great communication skill and i am an active listener, I can explain the basics of maths and concepts base on what students are confused about and describe it in the simplest form to ensure they understand the concepts.Most important things I can do for a student π
I personally think, the most important things a tutor can do for a student is giving them clear explanations, boost students motivation and engage them in learning and offer constructive and useful feedbacks. Providing a concise and understandable explanations of complex topics and concepts is certainly an important requirement for a tutor, however, by foster a love for learning by making the subject interesting and relevant to studentβs life is also important by helping them understanding the depths of maths relating to real life problems.
