What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy the ability to have one-on-one interactions with the student instead of teaching in a class of 30 to 40 students. I can understand exactly what the student needs and can better cater to the learner's needs. I get the greatest satisfaction when I am successfully guided my student to think critically when faced with a Math question and think of different ways to solve independently.My Strengths as Tutor 💪

One of the most important things a tutor can do is to create a safe learning environment that strives to nurture the student's ability to think critically and to approach questions in a systematic manner. Applying Socratic questioning techniques is one way to do so. The power relationship between the student and teacher must be balanced so that the student will not feel afraid to ask any questions. The teacher must encourage this behaviour of constantly asking questions in order to improve.
