What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

When I teach my students, I love to see their mentality change from learning something brand new to eventually being able to do it by themselves in fast paced enviroments. I enjoy the feeling of when they succeed in their journies whether they got a grade they were hoping for or finally understanding a topic they were struggling on.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe a strength I have as a tutor is that I am able to build a connection between my students and myself allowing for our lessons to not feel as if there is a tension in the air. By doing this it allows the student to be more comfortable and even more confident while I teach them with my strong knowledge of Mathamatics learnt from my previous completion of Mathamatical Methods(study score of 42) and Specilist maths(study score of 41) (while also continuing my learning of maths in my Computer science course at Monash University).

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe there are a few very important things a tutor can do for a student. Firstly allowing the student to feel comfortable in the lesson, this allows them to not only feel free to ask questions but to even put their feelings and opinions forward if anything is wrong. Secondly, ensuring your student understands what I as the tutor have been teaching them. Moving too fast or speaking in a way they dont understand can cause them to not embrace anything they have learnt which makes the class therefore pointless.
