What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

To provide structure and routine, and to be able to provide a plan to students so they can achieve their goals. I enjoy the art of teaching, delving deeper into content to provide a greater in depth understanding of a topic to students in a fun and intuitive way.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

To never take anything as an assumption, in that the student knows something. I also have a lot of patience and understanding of when a student may be confused or not quite understands a topic. (Ill put this at the bottom here on a personal note). Ive been having people try to convince me to switch my degree to a teaching degree as I tend to be able to explain topics and can communicate ideas. But it is a bit nerve racking as I've never done tutoring before and I know how important a good tutor really is, and so I want to perform to those expectations.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Structure. Make each session predictable, so the student isn't filled with anxiety turning up to a lesson, wondering what's going to be required. In doing so it makes the lessons enjoyable. Also to clarify structure doesn't mean inflexibility, its adapting to the students' needs answering questions and providing time within each lesson to provide guidance to the student.
