The most fascinating part of tutoring is to observe students improve throughout my lessons. Being part of the process gives me a sense of accomplishment. My strength as a tutor is definitely my close and friendly relationship with my students. I find each student is different and a specific method of teaching works for some students but not for all of them. I like using encouragements and rewards to assist students in their academic journeys. I'm also able to empathize with them as I am a student myself, and that helps me to gain trust from my students.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The Important thing is to give students a sense of confidence in their ability. This will require the tutor to integrate complex ideas into simple, straightforward concepts. Once the student realizes their capability, they can endure failures, learn from mistakes and try again.
