The most enjoyable part is seeing the results of the journey. Engaging with someone and see them develop new skills, knowing that they were able to accomplish an achievement even if it was difficult where you can say that you're proud of them. Taking on their strengths and weaknesses and developing a clear road ahead that is best suited for them to grow into their best self. It requires long-term vision and adapting this idea to their best strengths. The most important thing I think a tutor can do is foster confidence and independent learning into a student. Learning is a focus on the process rather than the results from it.
