What I most enjoy about tutoring is assisting students overcome their barriers and weaknesses through utilising various teaching strategies and approaches. A crucial aspect a tutor can provide for a student would be shaping a student's inner monologue. Many students who may need tutoring aren't always lacking in knowledge, but rather lacking in confidence, thus having a tutor to reassure and encourage them to develop upon their self-belief.
