What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The one thing I enjoy the most about tutoring is being able to see students confidence grow and when they begin to understand concepts they found difficult before. It is rewarding for both student and tutor to see them love learning as I believe learning should be exciting rather than a burden. I love being able to be a part of each students learning journeys and make a positive impact to their lives. Additionally, I also love building positive relationships with them and helping them to succeed.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a tutor, my strengths are my patience, organisational skills and reliability. Learning brings out different sides to students and it is important to be patient throughout all students journey's as it is different for everyone. I have a strong ability to help students make significant academic progress, with students I have tutored showing noticeable improvements in their school results and report. I am also organised which includes ensuring lessons are prepared, homework is made and lessons are divided into sections. In addition, I am a reliable individual which means I am always there for students when they need support and willing to help always,

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important things a tutor can do for a student is encourage them, be supportive and engage them in learning. Students are more inclined to feel motivated if words of encouragement are heard and if they have a positive support system throughout their learning journey. I also believe learning should be made engaging rather than a step of memorisation. I engage my students by breaking tasks into smaller parts or varying the activities conducted.
