What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy watching my tutee understand new concepts and grow academically. Seeing this success in a student reminds me of why I tutor in the first place: to witness and facilitate personal growth firsthand.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think my main strength is my feedback: being able to make students apply their own skills, then providing effective feedback for them to improve on. I believe this is highly necessary for the development of every student, as growth is largely dependent on the individual themselves: which I promise to expedite in my students.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor needs to be invested into the growth and successes of the tutee. This means committing time and effort with the positive belief of the student throughout, which I promise to do for any student, to allow them to reach their full academic potential.

About Hayden
Who am I?
I am a first year undergraduate university student, currently studying at Monash University, Clayton. I studied NSW HSC, receiving an ATAR >90. I have had a large list of informal tutoring experiences, assisting my peers and cohort with subjects ranging from English and Mathematics to History and Physics, allowing me to know how to effectively assist students of a variety of ages and diverse learning needs.
What I promise?
I promise to make my tutee, not just achieve good grades, but evoke a love for learning and their particular subject. I achieve this by digesting large, difficult concepts into simple bite-sized pieces, tailored for each individual and their learning needs. By ultimately provoking confidence alongside academic skills, I wish to allow my students to take complete control over their academic journey and excel independently.
