What do I enjoy most about tutoring? š
I enjoy seeing the moment when a student finally understands something that they were struggling with. I like breaking difficult concepts down into simpler ideas and finding different ways to explain them until they make sense. I also enjoy seeing a student become more confident and independent in their learning.
My Strengths as Tutor šŖ
I think my biggest strengths are patience, clear communication and adaptability. I try to understand how a student thinks rather than simply giving them the answer. I can break complex topics into smaller, manageable steps and change my approach depending on what works best for the student. Iām also approachable, so I want students to feel comfortable asking questions or admitting when they don't understand something.
Most important things I can do for a student š
I think the most important thing is to help a student understand rather than just memorise. A good tutor should be patient, listen to the student, identify where they are struggling, and explain things in a way that suits them. It is also important to build their confidence and encourage them to solve problems independently, so that they gradually become less reliant on the tutor.
