What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
What I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing my students grow and make progress. Knowing that I can support them along the way makes tutoring especially meaningful full to me.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I think my strengths as a tutor are mainly in math and science. I attended an American high school in Taiwan and took several AP courses, including AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and AP Physics 1, in which I achieved a 5, the highest score. I also took AP Chemistry and AP Physics 2, receiving passing scores of 4 and 3 respectively. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in math and science, as well as a good understanding of how to approach challenging concepts and explain them clearly to others.
Most important things I can do for a student π
I think the most important thing a tutor can do is understand the studentβs needs and help them build confidence. A good tutor should be patient, explain concepts clearly, and encourage students to ask questions without being afraid of making mistakes. Most importantly, I think a tutor should help students become more independent and develop effective ways to learn and solve problems on their own.
