About Praveen
Background
I am a final-year Electrical and Electronic Engineering undergraduate at Curtin University, Perth, with approximately two years of experience providing private tutoring to school students in Sri Lanka. I have supported students across primary and high school levels and am passionate about helping students develop a strong understanding of mathematics and other relevant subjects in a supportive learning environment.
Approach to Tutoring
I believe that every student has different learning needs and responds to different teaching methods. I therefore take the time to understand each student's current level, strengths, areas for improvement, and learning goals before developing an approach suited to them. My aim is to make each lesson structured, engaging, and effective while adapting my teaching style to help the student learn with greater confidence.
